Benjamin E. Goldammer

Mr. Goldammer’s practice focuses primarily on the fields of business and construction litigation, representing businesses, insurance companies and individuals. His litigation practice includes contract and payment disputes, construction defect disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, construction lien claims, title and boundary disputes, corporation and LLC disputes and contractor licensing disputes. Mr. Goldammer also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, including construction contracts and the AIA family of form documents. Mr. Goldammer also represents several large commercial landlords in and around Nashville, as well as several residential homeowner’s associations.
