Benjamin Conery

Benjamin Conery’s practice focuses on white-collar defense, investigations and litigation, particularly against the government. He has guided clients through grand jury proceedings, civil investigative demands and investigations involving federal agencies ranging from the Department of Justice to the Federal Trade Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission to the Department of Homeland Security, as well as assisted clients in navigating matters involving state Attorneys General and industry regulators such as FINRA. Mr. Conery handles False Claims Act cases, especially involving the Anti-Kickback Statute and the use of business visas, and consumer protection matters.
