Bénédicte Denis is Head of the Paris corporate team and Paris insurance practice.

Bénédicte Denis specialises in corporate and regulatory advice to financial services and insurance industry clients.

She represents French and foreign clients on asset and share acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, at the national and cross-border level. Bénédicte also carries out non-transactional work for financial institutions and provides advice on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters relating to their businesses, including the setting up of new businesses, new authorisations, ongoing business regulation, product distribution, product regulation and compliance.

Bénédicte is a member of the working group “Brexit and Insurance” of the Haut Comité Juridique de la Place Financière de Paris.

She is recommended in several directories, including Chambers Europe, as “excellent and commercially astute” and “highly adaptable”. Bénédicte spent 16 years in another international full service law firm where she was made a partner in 2007.

She joined Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in 2012. A French native speaker, she is also fluent in English.

The acquisition price for Euro-Information Telecom comprised a fixed portion of 530 million euros, to be paid on the closing of the deal.
