Biography

Beau Bayh is a commercial litigator at MacGill PC, with a focus on securing resolution of litigation proceedings pending in courts across the country. Beau’s practice focuses on on a wide range of complex business and commercial litigation matters, including contract, corporate dissolution, business torts, and unfair competition.

Before joining MacGill PC, Beau served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. David F. Hamilton of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Beau offers his clients a well-informed perspective of the trial and appellate process as a result of his judicial clerkship.

Beau received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was Executive Editor of the Harvard Business Law Review. He received his A.B. from Harvard University. Beau served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps and Marine Corps Reserve, rising to the rank of Captain.
