Beat Spörri

Beat Spörri is assisting domestic and international companies, including several listed groups of companies, as well as private clients. He is mainly focussing on company law (incl. M&A), capital and financial markets and contracts. In addition, he manages areas such as commercial and competition law, foreign nationals (incl. immigration and naturalization), real estate and employment. He is increasingly involved in the management of complex cases, taking advantage of his military education and economic approach
