Beat Kühni is a partner and an expert in corporate, M&A, private equity and venture capital, real estate, banking and finance, as well as commercial and contracts. He co-leads the firm's Real Estate group and is team leader of the Commercial and Contracts group based in in Zurich. Beat is also a standing member of several chapters of the Swiss Private Equity and Corporate Finance Association (SECA) and chairs the standing working groups responsible for SECA's VC/PE Model Documentation.
