Bartolomé has deep experience in all e-commerce related legal issues. He has 12 years of experience advising national and international clients in the framework of technological and (more recently) digital transformation projects. He also provides advice to international and national clients on compliance matters, covering a wide range of issues, from data protection and e-privacy to e-commerce, technology, consumer protection, advertising or prevention of money laundering, among others.
His experience in the field of data protection covers all aspects related to this subject, among others: design and implementation of GDPR readiness projects, drafting and negotiation of international data transfer agreements, design of cross-border data protection systems, audits, risk analysis exercises and privacy impact assessments.
He also has wide experience in the negotiation and conception of technological agreements -including outsourcing-, distribution agreements (including agencies and franchises) and all types of commercial law and intellectual property matters (trademarks, copyrights, software licensing agreements, e-commerce consulting, entertainment law) and other legal areas, including international trade (import/export) and online gambling.
