Barbara Koch-Schulte

Dr. Barbara Koch-Schulte is a partner at POELLATH in Munich. She specialises in tax and legal advice on management participation (MBI/MBO), including ESOPs, phantom shares and other incentive programs. A main focus is the accompaniment of management participation in the taxation process, in tax audits and other disputes with the tax authorities. Apart from her native German, she speaks fluent English and French.

Barbara joined POELLATH in 2004 and was admitted to the bar the same year; she was admitted as tax advisor in 2007 and worked previously as an assistant at the Institute of Tax Laws at the University of Münster (2000-2002). She studied law in Münster and Lausanne (Switzerland) and completed a bank apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank Essen.
