B.R. Price

B. R. Price has been with RMP LLP since 2011, joining the firm as an associate in 2013 and becoming a partner in 2019. Before entering private practice, he spent seven years at Arvest Bank working as an auditor and commercial lender. During that time, he obtained his Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses and worked with individuals and their advisors on personal wealth planning and estate-related strategies.

Mr. Price’s practice is centered on commercial transactions, estate planning, trust administration, and business organizations, including limited liability companies and partnerships. He regularly assists clients with real estate matters, asset-based transactions, and the formation and ongoing operation of closely held businesses. In addition, he represents financial institutions and borrowers in connection with commercial loans and credit facilities.

A native of Northern California, Mr. Price has lived in Northwest Arkansas since 1998 and practices law in Bentonville, Arkansas. He and his wife, Jenny, have been married since 2010 and have one son. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys camping, fishing, and playing golf.
