Michael Bachman, Jr. joined Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Postler, P.A. in 2009 and became a shareholder in 2013. Based in Tampa, Florida, Mr. Bachman focuses his practice on bankruptcy matters and commercial transactions, with a significant concentration in Real Estate Law and commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Bachman represents debtors, creditors, purchasers, and other parties in bankruptcy cases, as well as in complex out-of-court workouts and debt restructurings. He also advises individual and corporate clients in connection with the purchase, sale, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate. His work includes representing buyers and sellers in transactions involving operating companies and asset acquisitions, both within and outside of bankruptcy proceedings.
In addition, Mr. Bachman oversees title, survey, and zoning due diligence for commercial real estate acquisitions and regularly assists clients with transactional risk analysis and documentation. He serves as a title agent for several national title insurance companies, further supporting his Real Estate Law practice and the needs of clients involved in commercial real estate transactions throughout Florida.
