Avinoam Laby joined Gersowitz Libo & Korek, P.C. in April of 2014 as a legal intern and upon being admitted to the bar,
became an associate in October of 2015. His practice focuses on Medical
Malpractice and Personal Injury litigation, trial preparation and prosecution
with a focus on Motor Vehicle Accidents, Premises Liability and Labor Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Avi served as a court clerk for the Honorable James
E. d’Auguste in New York County Civil Court and as a Claims Bureau intern for
