Ava R. Alim

As part of our Real Estate team, Ava Alim focuses her practice on commercial real estate with an emphasis on originating loans for the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) market. She assists financial institutions on the origination, purchase, sale and other disposition of senior and subordinate debt secured by office buildings, hotels, multifamily complexes and other real estate properties throughout the United States. Ava also has extensive experience in representing landlords in commercial leasing transactions.
