Biography
Austin is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice group. His practice focuses on several corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and corporate finance. He also counsels clients on general corporate and commercial negotiations, internal restructurings, corporate governance, and securities issues. In law school, Austin was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Corporate Law and a Certificate in Business Law. He was also a teaching assistant, teaching fellow, and senior editor of the Washington University Law Review.
Since 2023, Austin has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in “Corporate Law."
