Austin Mercer

Austin Mercer is an Attorney in the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice group. He supports companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and other fundamental transactions. Mr. Mercer also advises businesses on corporate governance and commercial transaction matters. He has represented clients in various industries, including healthcare, real estate, information technology, and private equity. Prior to joining Egan Nelson LLP, Mr. Mercer was an associate in the Dallas office of Clark Hill PLC.
