Audrey Hatcher is an Associate at Varghese Summersett, where she represents clients in state and federal criminal matters. Her practice includes misdemeanor and felony cases involving intoxication offenses, drug charges, sex offenses, theft, assault, and other serious allegations. Audrey is dedicated to providing thoughtful, thorough representation and developing effective strategies tailored to the circumstances of each client and case.
A graduate of Texas Christian University, Audrey earned degrees in Political Science and French Modern Language Studies before attending SMU Dedman School of Law. Her connection to Varghese Summersett began during her undergraduate years, when she interned with the firm and developed a passion for criminal defense. She continued gaining practical experience throughout law school through internships with Varghese Summersett, the Federal Public Defender’s Office, and the 68th District Court, experiences that gave her insight into criminal defense from multiple perspectives.
