Audrey Gagnon

Audrey Gagnon practises primarily commercial litigation, civil liability and contractual liability. Audrey regularly provides legal opinions on the prevention and resolution of disputes in these areas. A seasoned litigator, Audrey also advises clients on the development and evolution of proceedings before the civil courts.

She has specific expertise in professional liability and insurance companies trust Audrey to defend their clients, namely dentists, lawyers, surveyors and other professionals.

Audrey is actively involved in her community and her professional order. She has served as a director for a large number of organizations and associations. She was elected for a second term on the Board of Directors of the Quebec Bar Association. She was also elected Vice President of this professional order in June 2020.
