Aude Godfroy

Aude Godfroy is a partner in the Banking & Finance and Real Estate Groups. Her practice covers all aspects of financial services, with a focus on debt financings, on both national and international stages. Aude regularly represents corporate borrowers and financial institutions alike across a wide range of industries including the infrastructure and power sectors in a variety of corporate transactions, such as corporate financings, acquisition financings, project financings and capital call financings.

She has also had the opportunity to act for investors, including development finance institutions, in their investments in emerging markets aligning the rise of impact investing and growth.
