Atul began his law career in India. He has represented clients in several countries in Europe, and since 2003, in Canada. His extensive experience in varied practice areas allow him to serve the needs of his individual and business clients – from routine corporate and commercial matters to strategic planning and execution in business and litigation matters.
His clients rely upon him for timely, practical and cost-effective advice and representation.
Atul’s commercial practice involves loans and security placement, commercial lending, syndicated loans, joint ventures, real estate development and complex construction contracts.
Atul is also an experienced courtroom advocate with a broad litigation practice that includes contractual disputes, debt collection, construction law matters including builders’ liens, shareholders’ disputes and immigration appeals. He has represented his clients before all levels of courts in Alberta, and before the Immigration Appeal Division.
