Ashley Ziff is an associate within the Commercial Real Estate group.

Ashley Ziff advises owners, developers, and investors on a broad range of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and joint venture formation. Ashley also counsels borrowers, lenders, investors, and owners in all aspects of real estate finance transactions, including acquisition financing, construction financing, and preferred equity investment transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Ashley practiced law in New York City.
