Ashley practices at a boutique litigation firm in Charleston, West Virginia. Her practice centers on complex and mass tort litigation, as well as matters related to election law and campaign finance law. In May 2017, Ashley graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law where she served as Senior Staff Editor of the Kentucky Law Journal and Moot Court President. Prior to entering private practice, Ashley was honored to serve as a law clerk to Chief Justice Elizabeth D. Walker of the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia. Before attending law school, Ashley served on and managed various aspects of dozens of federal and statewide political campaigns and utilizes that experience in advising candidates, campaigns, and public officials on law and public policy.
