Ashley McCormack is an Associate at Goddard Law PLLC in New York, New York. Ashley began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office in New Bedford, Massachusetts. In that role, she prosecuted thousands of criminal matters in both district and juvenile courts. Her background as a prosecutor helped shape her approach to litigation, client advocacy, witness preparation, and case presentation.
Before joining Goddard Law PLLC, Ashley practiced at McCormack Law, where she represented clients in criminal defense matters, care and protection proceedings, restraining order cases, traffic matters, and plaintiff personal injury litigation. She also worked at litigation firms in Boston handling matters involving personal injury, property damage, professional malpractice, consumer protection, wrongful death, and product liability litigation. Her experience representing both individuals and businesses provides valuable perspective when handling complex disputes.
