Ashley D. Sinclair

Ashley Sinclair is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Ashley concentrates her practice on capital markets transactions, representing issuers and sponsors in connection with initial public offerings, secondary equity offerings and high yield offerings.

Ashley also regularly advises publicly traded corporations and their executive officers and directors on corporate governance, SEC compliance and disclosure matters, stock exchange listing requirements, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the Dodd-Frank Act, stockholder activism and proposals and fiduciary duties of directors and officers.
