Ashley C. Webber (formerly Ashley Broach) is a founding partner of Marsh Atkinson & Brantley. She is a civil litigator, and she has a diverse practice that includes product liability, premises liability, professional malpractice, environmental liability, automobile/trucking litigation and mass tort defense. She has over two decades of experience in litigating and resolving catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases in both state and federal courts and has handled several matters at the appellate level. Ashley defends some of the world’s largest heavy equipment manufacturers, lift truck manufacturers, automobile manufacturers, automotive parts suppliers and power management companies. She also defends one of the nation’s largest pharmaceutical companies in a wide variety of matters.
Ashley’s clients trust her with their most significant, high-exposure cases. She utilizes her considerable litigation experience, relationships and negotiation skills in order to provide the most effective solutions for the businesses and individuals she represents.
In addition to practicing in Georgia, Ashley has litigated and resolved cases in Alabama, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia.
Ashley is a member of PLAC (formerly Product Liability Advisory Council) and the International Defense Counsel (IADC). She is also a member of several additional industry organizations including the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association (GDLA) and Defense Research Institute (DRI).
