Arthur G. “Art” Boylan is a trial lawyer and commercial litigation attorney with Anthony Ostlund Louwagie Dressen & Boylan PA in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He represents businesses, business owners, and in-house counsel in complex commercial litigation matters involving significant financial, operational, and reputational concerns. Art represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of business and commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract claims, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secret disputes, consumer protection claims, partnership disputes, and shareholder litigation. He works with clients across a variety of industries in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings, and other dispute resolution forums.
With more than twenty years of litigation experience, Art has served as lead counsel in high-value and business-critical disputes. In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Art has remained active in the legal and business communities. He has served on the Local Rules Committee for the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, the Saint John’s Alumni Board, and as an officer and director of the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
