Biography

Arthur C. Kosieradzki is a senior partner at SiebenCarey and leads the firm's Lakeville office, serving clients throughout Minnesota's South Metro and beyond. For more than three decades, he has represented people and families whose lives have been changed by serious injuries, earning a reputation for skilled trial advocacy and a steadfast commitment to securing meaningful results.

A Certified Civil Trial Law Senior Specialist through the Minnesota State Bar Association, Art has extensive courtroom experience handling catastrophic injury, wrongful death, automobile, motorcycle, trucking, bicycle and pedestrian accident, and product liability cases. Among his most notable victories is a $9 million jury verdict on behalf of a young boy who was paralyzed in a sledding accident, which remains one of the largest jury verdicts of its kind in Minnesota history.

Art's results have earned him membership in the Million Dollar Roundtable and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, organizations that recognize attorneys who have achieved million-dollar recoveries for their clients. He also serves as a member of the American Association for Justice Leaders Forum and was appointed by the organization's president to its Trial Lawyer Care Task Force.

Throughout his career, Art has received consistent recognition from both clients and fellow attorneys. He has been selected to Super Lawyers every year since 1998, named a Leading Minnesota Attorney by the American Research Corporation, and recognized in Best Lawyers in America® for his work in personal injury litigation.

Beyond the courtroom, Art is passionate about serving his community. He has led distracted driving education initiatives at both the local and national levels and supports outreach efforts that promote safety and assist children and families throughout the Lakeville community. Whether representing a client in a high-stakes trial or helping someone navigate the aftermath of a serious injury, Art is dedicated to helping people move forward with confidence and security.
