Legal advice and representation in Chile and abroad, is differentiated and highlighted by the depth of knowledge in law of each lawyer.

Thanks to my extensive legal practice in different areas of law, and also to the postgraduate courses I have completed in Chile and abroad, I can guarantee my clients that, by relying on my legal advice and representation, they will have direct access to the widest range of possibilities and solutions at the legal level. Providing each client with a comprehensive legal service of the highest level, not only in Chile but also in the world.
What common questions are you asked by clients, and what are your answers?
In general, the most recurrent questions from my clients are associated with investments in Chile, legal representation in Chilean Courts of Justice or International Courts of Justice, negotiation and mediation procedures between companies, M&A, and dispute resolution between individuals and companies.
Notwithstanding the above, I also receive a large number of consultations in different areas of law, where each case is unique and therefore the answer is built in a personalized comunication with each client.
What is most challenging about your area(s) of expertise?
The greatest challenge in my profession is to provide each client with the best legal service in Chile and the region.
A challenge that restarts every day, but always with the greatest commitment and excellence in every step we take with our clients.
