Ariana J. Tadler is the Founding Partner of Tadler Law LLP, a WBENC certified women-owned law firm that offers class action, complex and commercial B2B litigation, legal counseling, and eDiscovery services. A nationally recognized lawyer, entrepreneur, and keynote speaker, Ariana J. Tadler is tenacious and gracious. Described as the consummate professional, Ariana owns the room - she opens doors, gains access, and drives results through the deployment of her renowned litigation, communication and negotiation skills.

Ariana is a tough, solution-driven lawyer and negotiator with a creative and robust aptitude for learning, listening, and resolving disputes. Ariana is regularly retained by clients and appointed by courts to leadership positions in large, complex federal, multi-district, state, and arbitration proceedings because of her strategic thinking and established reputation for managing complex litigation efficiently and conscientiously.

With more than 30 years of experience successfully litigating complex matters, Ariana is in a league of her own, having complemented her legal counsel, litigation, and negotiation skills with her renowned eDiscovery prowess. Recognized as one of the leading women litigators in the country by Best Lawyers, Martindale Hubbell, U.S. News & Best Lawyers, Who’s Who Legal, Super Lawyers, and Law Dragon, Chambers & Partners also has repeatedly ranked Ariana as a Band 1 practitioner in eDiscovery in both the Global and the USA-Nationwide Guides. In 2023, Ariana received the Honorable Shira Scheindlin Lifetime Achievement Award, with Judge Scheindlin (Ret.) describing Ariana as “a thought leader in the e-discovery world for more than two decades.”

Appointed by U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts, Ariana serves as a member of the Federal Civil Rules Advisory Committee. Having completed two full 3-year terms, she is now serving by special appointment for an extended 1-year term. Ariana is a member of many legal organizations, and a highly active member in others, including Mobilization for Justice (20+ year board member), Women Owned Law (board member), and the New York City Bar Association (member of Women in the Legal Profession Committee).

In addition to industry-focused programs, Ariana is a professional speaker committed to raising the bar for students and professionals through her teaching of work-life integration and accountability, inclusive of critical communication and executive functioning skills, to enhance their ability to excel in college, the workplace and life; as well as tips and tools for leadership, entrepreneurship, and business management. An avid learner, Ariana achieved a certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University in March 2022. She also is a student of Steve Fretzin, a renowned business development coach, author, and host of the podcast “Be That Lawyer.”

Ariana is also the consummate connector. She is a go-to resource for making quality introductions to ensure that the needs of clients, colleagues, and friends are well served.

Ariana graduated from Hamilton College with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received her law degree from Fordham University Law School in 1992.
