From the beginning of his career, Antonio has worked for national and international clients on all types of commercial law transactions. His area of specialisation is the sale and purchase of mortgage-backed credit portfolios, having been involved in the sector’s main transactions since 2014, in which he has advised banks, mutual funds and sovereign wealth funds. His advice focuses both on the sale and purchase of portfolios and their subsequent legal management or “workout”. He also has extensive experience in real estate financing.
Career
Antonio García joined Pérez-Llorca in 2020 after working in the Madrid office of a prestigious international firm for nearly six years. Prior to this, he gained experience at a number of other respected law firms.
