Antonino Gentile

Antonino Gentile is an associate and a member of the Montreal office's business law group. Throughout his practice Antonino has gained valuable experience in all facets of business law with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial law. Antonino's practice is centered on assisting clients in drafting and negotiating various transactional and commercial agreements, conducting and overseeing due diligence inquiries and advising clients on general transactional and corporate matters.
