Antoine Pinard-Beaudoin

Mr. Antoine P. Beaudoin practises mainly in the fields of civil and commercial litigation and professional liability.

Mr. Beaudoin is a trial lawyer who practices in civil and commercial litigation, notably in matters relating to breach of contract, injunction and other special proceedings. In addition, Mr. Beaudoin’s area of practice includes all aspects of professional liability (with regards to lawyers, notaries, architects and engineers) as well as litigation in construction law, insolvency and bankruptcy. He has appeared on a regular basis before various Courts and his practice covers all aspects of litigation, from counselling clients to dispute resolution as well as representation before the Courts.
