Antje Baumbach

Antje Baumbach is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Berlin office and member of the Corporate / M&A practice group. Her area of expertise comprises advice on energy law and the energy industry. She advises her clients with a particular focus on energy law, including regulatory issues, as well as antitrust and competition law. She also has extensive experience in contract law and the law on standard terms and conditions. She represents our clients' interests in contract negotiations, before regulatory authorities and in court.
