Attorney Anthony Naro is the owner of Naro Law in Nashua, New Hampshire. He represents clients in criminal defense, DWI defense, family law matters, Supreme Court appeals, and administrative proceedings involving professional licensing boards and DCYF findings of abuse or neglect. With more than 17 years of legal experience, Attorney Naro works with individuals and families facing complex and often high-stakes legal issues.
Attorney Naro’s practice includes Criminal Defense: General Practice, with representation in matters involving DUI/DWI charges, drug offenses, theft crimes, assault allegations, computer crimes, homicide cases, and other felony and misdemeanor charges. He also assists clients with appeals and post-conviction proceedings before the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
Before founding Naro Law, Attorney Naro served with the New Hampshire Public Defender, where he represented individuals charged with a wide range of criminal offenses. During that time, he handled matters involving drug sales, violent crimes, negligent homicide, manslaughter, attempted murder, second-degree murder, and first-degree murder. He also represented clients in jury trials and appellate proceedings, including high-profile criminal cases and cases involving drug death allegations.
Attorney Naro earned his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts–Boston, majoring in political science with a certification in international relations and a minor in Black studies. Prior to law school, he worked for Brown Brothers Harriman. He later attended Suffolk University Law School, where he graduated fifth in his class.

He works closely with clients to understand their objectives, explain available options, and develop strategies tailored to their circumstances. His courtroom and appellate experience allows him to guide clients through every stage of the legal process.
Attorney Naro is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He is an active member of the New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has lectured and trained attorneys on criminal procedure, trial practice, and legal ethics.
