Anthony Scane is a partner at Torkin Manes LLP in Toronto, Ontario. With more than 30 years of experience, his practice focuses on commercial litigation, Construction Law, Construction Litigation, infrastructure disputes and related matters at both the trial and appellate levels.
Anthony represents businesses, developers, contractors, owners and other stakeholders in a broad range of disputes involving breach of contract, fiduciary duty, tort claims, shareholder and oppression remedy matters, commercial negligence, bonding and real property issues. He also advises clients in matters involving large-scale above-ground and subsurface infrastructure projects, employment disputes and commercial arbitrations.
Known for his practical and strategic approach, Anthony works closely with clients to address complex legal and business challenges efficiently and effectively. He regularly appears before courts and administrative tribunals in Ontario and has extensive experience advocating for clients in arbitration and other dispute resolution processes.
