Anthony R. Leone, II, Esq. is a Trial Lawyer serving clients throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts in state and federal courts. Based in Warwick, Rhode Island, Anthony focuses his practice on Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation , with an emphasis on nursing home abuse, neglect, wrongful death, and injuries involving assisted living and group home settings. He also represents individuals and families in matters involving complex personal injury claims, traumatic brain injuries, dangerous and defective products, and medical negligence. In addition to his litigation practice, Anthony also assists clients with estate planning and probate administration.

Anthony founded Leone Law LLC with a commitment to advocating for injured individuals and protecting access to the civil justice system. He has also been a member of the Roger Williams American Inn of Court, an organization focused on ethics, professionalism, and mentoring within the legal profession.

In addition to his legal practice, Anthony has taught as an adjunct lecturer in legal studies programs at local Rhode Island colleges and as an adjunct instructor at Roger Williams University School of Law. He previously served on the Board of Directors for First Swing Rhode Island, an organization that helped individuals with disabilities participate in golf activities. Anthony also helped lead RIAJ’s partnership with EndDD.org and the Casey Feldman Foundation to educate high school students about the dangers of distracted driving. He regularly participates in RIAJ’s bicycle helmet safety program for elementary school students.

Anthony also serves on the Board of Directors for the Alliance for Better Long Term Care (ABLTC), an organization dedicated to protecting seniors in long-term care facilities and supporting oversight of Rhode Island’s Ombudsman Program.

Anthony earned his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University and a Master of Liberal Arts from the Harvard University Extension School.
