He regularly handles disputes involving trade secrets, wrongful termination, defamation, workplace violence, and non-competition agreements. He provides advice and litigation defense to local governments, courts, and school districts in connection with employment disputes. Additionally, he has substantial litigation experience in labor matters including unfair labor practice proceedings, unit determinations, representation elections, collective bargaining, and labor arbitration.
Mr. Hall frequently conducts training in virtually all areas of labor and employment law for the University of Nevada-Reno, Lorman Education Services, NBI, and Sterling Education. He is one of the firm's most sought-after speakers and frequently conducts extensive in-house training. Mr. Hall is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Nevada and California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.Mr. Hall has co-authored numerous articles analyzing new developments in labor and employment law and providing preventative information to clients.
