Anthony D’Angelo is an associate in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Torkin Manes LLP in Toronto, Ontario. His Real Estate Law practice focuses on advising clients on the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial, industrial and mixed-use properties across Ontario.
Anthony regularly assists purchasers, vendors, landlords, tenants, lenders and borrowers with a broad range of real estate transactions. His experience includes drafting and negotiating agreements of purchase and sale, commercial and industrial leases, mortgage documentation and asset-backed security documents. He works closely with clients to help manage transactions efficiently and address legal and business considerations at each stage of the process.
In addition to his transactional practice, Anthony advises on land development and condominium development matters. He provides counsel to developers throughout the lifecycle of condominium and subdivision projects, including land acquisition, financing, development and redevelopment matters, condominium registrations, plans of subdivision, and the sale, lease-up and turnover of units and lots.
Anthony also assists clients with the preparation and implementation of condominium documentation, reciprocal easement agreements and shared facilities agreements relating to residential, commercial and mixed-use developments throughout Southern Ontario. His practice further includes advising on real estate ownership and investment structures, including co-ownership, joint venture and limited partnership arrangements.
