Annie B. Quangtakoune

Annie is an associate lawyer in the McKercher LLP Regina office. Annie’s practice focuses on high growth technology companies, technology projects, and accessible contract solutions for startups.

Annie specializes in the representation of rapidly scaling technology companies and their venture capital and strategic investors. She proudly services all of the technology incubators in the Province of Saskatchewan, many of their founders, and frequently engages in mentoring initiatives within the broader prairie ecosystem.

As a trusted advisor, Annie assists clients with company formation, contract solutions for repeatable business use, angel and venture financings and provides guidance on corporate governance and exit opportunities. She is committed to offering legal services that leverage her industry knowledge for accessible and market-relevant solutions that address the commercial realities of doing business.

Prior to attending law school, Annie studied abroad at the University of Helsinki and competed on the University of Regina Cougars Wrestling team. During her legal studies, she participated in the intensive clinical program at CLASSIC (Community Legal Assistance Services for Saskatoon Inner City) and was a legal summer student with one of Saskatchewan’s largest energy companies.

Out of the office, Annie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, international travel, and hopes to one day visit every Major League ballpark.
