Annette Rosenkötter

Dr.Annette Rosenkötter has been a lawyer at FPS since 2001 and has been leading the public procurement practice group since 2006. She is an expert in public procurement and European state aid law, advising clients from all industries. Dr Rosenkötter assists the public sector and bidders with complex procurement procedures, particularly in defence, research, healthcare, and infrastructure. She represents clients before procurement chambers and higher regional courts, and is a sought-after speaker and author of numerous specialist articles. She is based in Frankfurt.
