Annette Rölz

Annette Rölz is Local Partner for employment law at the Frankfurt office of Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner mbB. She joined FGvW in 2020 after working for Ulrich Weber & Partner mbB for 15 years. Annette Rölz advises on individual and collective employment law and litigates throughout Germany. In addition, she advises companies on legal structuring issues (including reconciliation of interests and social plan negotiations) as well as on the negotiation of business agreements. She also conducts collective bargaining negotiations for company collective agreements. Annette Rölz represents managers in court and out-of-court proceedings, in particular in connection with the establishment and termination of employment relationships.
