Annette Bödeker

Dr Annette Bödeker is an experienced lawyer in the field of corporate law, with particular expertise in stock corporation law, group law and corporate restructurings.

She regularly advises on M&A transactions, often for investors from the Anglo-American market. In 2009, she was appointed as a notary in Frankfurt am Main and has since provided the full range of notarial services.

Annette advises listed companies and international corporations as well as medium-sized enterprises and start-ups on all aspects of corporate law and corporate governance. She supports her clients across a wide range of matters, from restructuring individual divisions and entering new markets to forming partnerships, joint ventures, managing acquisitions, and exiting activities or markets.
