Annelise O'Kane

Annelise brings an empathetic, commercially-minded approach to family law practice.

Annelise joined Clancy & Triado at the start of 2023, following two years working as a Legal Associate to a Judge in the Federal Circuit & Family Court of Australia (Division 1). This time at the Court provided an invaluable experience to commence Annelise's career as a family lawyer, providing a foundation of detailed knowledge of court practice and procedure. This experience allows her to navigate the court system and provide clients with practical advice.

Annelise has experience across a wide variety of family law disputes, including complex financial matters as well as difficult parenting cases, including those involving relocation and high conflict disputes. Her financial case experience includes division of asset pools involving complex company and trust structures.

Annelise is regarded amongst the profession as a future leader in family law practice, having been recognised in the peer voted Doyles Family Law Rising Stars – Victoria, 2025.
