Anne-Marie Panzini

Anne-Marie Panzini is an associate in the Corporate Group. Her practice primarily focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies as well as private equity and venture capital. Since 2021, she has been a member of the Montréal office’s Students & Stagiaires Committee, whose role is to recruit the firm’s future leaders and to supervise the students and stagiaires’ development. In the summer of 2016 and for part of 2022 and 2023, Anne-Marie practised in the New York office of Stikeman Elliott.
