Raised in the Kansas community of Kingman, Anne began her professional career in nursing before pursuing the practice of law. After earning her nursing license, she worked for several years at a large Wichita hospital, where she developed a strong commitment to patient advocacy. That foundation continues to shape her legal practice as she represents individuals and families in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation matters.
Anne has more than 30 years of litigation experience handling cases involving serious injuries and wrongful death. While her practice includes personal injury and complex product liability matters, she has primarily focused on medical malpractice litigation. She has represented patients and families in claims involving birth injuries, delayed or missed diagnoses, surgical errors, medication mistakes, treatment errors, and wrongful death. Her case experience also includes catastrophic brain injuries, cancer misdiagnosis, neonatal injuries, feeding tube complications, meningitis, and other significant medical negligence matters.
Combining her background in healthcare with decades of courtroom and litigation experience, Anne works closely with clients throughout every stage of the legal process. Anne has handled cases in both state and federal courts in Kansas and Oklahoma. She has also litigated and resolved cases in Missouri, Colorado, Ohio, New York, and Mississippi.
Anne is a member of the Wichita Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. She also serves as a member of the Kansas State Board of Nursing. Outside of her legal practice, Anne enjoys traveling, running, and playing the piano.
