Practices in the area of health law including extensive trial experience in the medical malpractice area. Regularly represents physicians in proceedings involving the College of Physicians of Ontario and in Hospital privilege matters.

Also practices insurance defence law including extensive trial experience in the defence of negligence claims against municipalities involving road design, road signage, construction and occupier's liability. Experience defending municipal police forces against allegations of defamation and detention as well as racial profiling claims.

Anne also practises in the area of professional regulations. She has been involved in countless discipline and fitness to practise matters for physicians before the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and for other health professional before their respective regulators.
