Annabel advises on acquisitions and divestments, placements, rights issues, partnerships, joint ventures and corporate restructures. She also advises on compliance with the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act (FIRB), undertakes due diligence and negotiates a wide variety of commercial contracts. She specialises in corporations and securities law with a principal focus on M&A, private equity, capital raisings and corporate advisory.
