Anna-Lena "Lena" Glander

She advices listed, medium-sized and municipal companies and their executives on all questions of criminal law and compliance. Also she defends executives from companies as well as other individuals in criminal proceedings for various white-collar crimes, such as corruption, tax evasion, fraud, embezzlement or market manipulation. One of her main focuses is on the implementation of compliance management systems. Furthermore she conducts internal investigations to clarify suspicious cases (recently, inter alia, a detailed internal investigation in a hospital relating to false invoices and embezzlement or for an energy supplier). Last but not least she currently completes her PhD also in the field of criminal law.
