Attorney Anna Goulet Zimmerman focuses her practice on personal injury matters, including wrongful death cases, automobile collisions, trucking crashes, dog bites, sexual assaults, and premises liability claims. She also represents injured workers in their workers' compensation claims and select family law collaborative law cases. She is admitted to practice in both the New Hampshire state and federal courts. Anna obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont and her Law Degree from the University of Maine School of Law. After law school, Anna joined a Texas law firm. There she focused her practice on personal injury litigation until returning to New England in 2007. During her years in Texas, Anna handled complex personal injury cases involving death, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, and sexual assaults. Anna is a past-president of the New Hampshire Association for Justice and stills serves on its Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Anna is a past recipient of both the President’s Award and the Board of Governor’s Award for her service to the New Hampshire Association for Justice and her advocacy on behalf of individuals who have been injured as a result of other’s negligence. Anna is also a member of the Manchester Bar Association, New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association, American Association for Justice and Collaborative Law Alliance of New Hampshire. She has presented at multiple seminars on subjects such as “The Use of Focus Groups in Litigation” and “The Intersection of Personal Injury Litigation and Workers’ Compensation.” Anna is the author of “Considerations Regarding Third Party Claims in Workers' Compensation Matters” published in the New Hampshire Bar News; and “Divorce in the Trenches,” a guide to military divorces published in the New Hampshire Bar Journal.
