Ann S. Jacobs is the founder of Jacobs Injury Law, where she represents plaintiffs in personal injury matters, including car accidents, truck accidents, nursing home abuse and neglect, and wrongful death. A seasoned trial attorney, she began her career as a public defender and litigated dozens of jury trials before entering private practice to advocate for injured individuals and their families.
A cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Ms. Jacobs has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs since 2020 and was recently selected for the 2027 edition.
Her many professional honors include being named the Wisconsin Association for Justice’s 2018 Trial Lawyer of the Year and receiving repeated recognition among Wisconsin’s leading attorneys by Super Lawyers. Ms. Jacobs is a past president and current board member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice. She is also an accomplished author and frequent lecturer on legal topics including damages, nursing home neglect, ethics and subrogation. A lifelong Milwaukee resident, she is fluent in Spanish and represents both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
