She leverages broad knowledge of environmental policies and regulatory agency processes to help clients develop proactive strategies, as well as responses when disputes or regulatory actions arise. Ann also defends clients in administrative actions and citizen suits arising under the CWA.

Clients with asset or equity transactions turn to Ann at the due diligence phase to identify potential environmental liabilities and develop strategies to protect their interests by minimizing existing and future risks. Ann provides sage counsel on transactions involving energy and infrastructure, redevelopment, remediation, and decommissioning agreements.
