Sebastian Vollmer studied at the University of Freiburg. After completing his legal training in Stuttgart, he worked in the real estate practice of a major international law firm, where he was awarded his doctorate.

Prof. Dr. Christof Hettich is specialised in the fields of Mergers & Acquisitions, the structuring and restructuring of companies as well as general corporate law. For many years, he has chaired or held seats on a number of supervisory boards including those of listed companies in various industry sectors. Prof. Dr. Hettich is honorary professor at SRH University Heidelberg and lectured at Heidelberg University (LL.M. corporate restructuring) until 2014.

Hans-Georg Kauffeld studied at the universities of Bayreuth and Freiburg, he took his doctorate at the University of Freiburg (Dr. jur.). He then worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Commercial and Business Law of the University of Freiburg.

The primary focus of Dr. Anno Haberer’s work is advising on antitrust law covering both antitrust violation and merger control proceedings as well as on contract wording in line with antitrust legislation. Additionally, he worked as Assistant at the Institute for European Economic Law in Munich. Gert Brandner studied international business law at the University of Freiburg and the University of Aberdeen. Whilst studying for his doctorate (Dr. jur.), Gert Brandner was an assistant at the Department of Business law of Professor Blaurock in Freiburg. Gert Brandner is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS). He is a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Esslingen and at the Stuttgart Bar Association.
